Moltkes Palæ offers meeting and conference facilities with an extraordinary high level of service, as well as sumptuous gastronomic dining. AV solutions are supplied by our in-house technical partner Profox, which delivers top-notch quality and can accommodate almost any requirement.

We make a point of providing a meeting experience you can’t get anywhere else. With our location in a baroque mansion, we don’t fit into the traditional image of a meeting or conference centre.

Moltkes Palæ provides the ideal and agile setting for creating an inspiring atmosphere for your meeting or conference, where you’ll also find the very best in gastronomy, service and technology. All with a welcoming smile.

 

The ultimate gastronomic experience

We always make an extra effort to provide dining for your meeting or conference that will complete your working day at Moltkes Palæ in style. Our kitchen can conjure up the most impressive of gastronomic experiences. As a meeting or conference attendee, you should be able to enjoy the same standard of gastronomy and service that we provide for our regular dinner guests. We offer the healthy option, but for meetings and conferences with us, enjoyment and premium ingredients take centre stage. Everything is made from scratch by our chefs. So why not sin a bit and savour a warm, fragrant, old-school cinnamon bun, a mocktail or asparagus in browned butter.

Exploring Frederiksstaden

There is plenty of options for exploring beyond the environs of Moltkes Palæ. We are situated in the very heart of Copenhagen, with Amalienborg Palace right around the corner, and a short walk to gems such as Kongens Have, Kongens Nytorv and many other sights and areas, all of which are superb places for a break or to provide inspiration during your meeting or conference.

Both Marmorkirken and Kongens Nytorv metro stations are located just 5 minutes from Moltkes Palæ.

GASTRONOMIC CONCEPT

For your meeting or conference, we make an extra effort to provide a dining experience to complete your working day at Moltkes Palæ. 

As a meeting or conference attendee, you should be able to enjoy the same standard of gastronomy and service that we provide for our regular dinners. Of course, we offer the healthy option, but for meetings and conferences at Moltkes, indulgence and great ingredients take centre stage. Everything is homemade from scratch by our chefs. STORE FESTSAL

Store Festsal is the most spacious venue in Moltkes Palæ, and offers an exceptional setting for a multitude of events. Store Festsal is especially suitable for grand gala dinners, large wedding receptions, conferences, exhibitions, general assemblies and other large events.

GYLDNE SAL

Gyldne Sal is situated on the first floor, with windows facing Dronningens Tværgade, in an organic flow with the rooms on the ground floor and the adjacent rooms on the first floor. Gyldne Sal is Moltkes’ second-largest event space, and is suitable for gala dinners, wedding receptions, conferences, exhibitions, general assemblies and other events.

GRØNNE SALON & DRONNINGGAARD SALON

Grønne Salon is the most regal venue to be found anywhere in the vicinity of Moltkes Palæ. The medium-sized event space is suitable for meetings, conferences, welcomes, lounges, breakout sessions and other smaller events.

You will have exclusive use of both Grønne Salon and Dronninggaard Salon for the duration of your meeting or event. We recommend using one room for holding the meeting and the other for refreshments and breaks.

With a size of 50 m2, Dronninggaard Salon is generally used for welcoming guests, coffee breaks, lounges or breakout sessions.

 
CHRISTIAN Xs SALONER

The two adjoining rooms of Christian Xs Saloner are Moltkes Palæ’s smallest and most intimate spaces. The largest of the rooms is suitable for events such as board meetings and private dining.

Technical assistance

Moltkes Palæ guarantees you the best technology. Our equipment is regularly updated and supervised by highly experienced technicians. For the same reason, we invited Profox, one of the leading technology firms in the industry, to join us. Profox now have their storeroom and office at Moltkes Palæ.

The price includes a standard AV solution that can of course be adapted and enhanced to meet your specific wishes and requirements. Technology solutions are booked at an additional fee.

Activities / team building

With tailored activities on the premises and with active experiences in the nearby area, we can elevate your dinner, party or conference day to a new level.

Take an active team building tour through old Copenhagen, invite your team ghost-hunting through Moltkes Palæ, solve the enigma of the mysterious suitcase or add a little extra spice to your dinner with a Dinner Game.

Moltkes Palæ offers the following choices:
