The owners of Moltkes Palæ have backgrounds from Madkastellet, Langelinie Pavilion and Humanic, and therefore boast many years of experience in managing parties and events. On 1 January 2021 we took over the leasehold of the iconic Moltkes Palæ, where gastronomy, rooms, style and atmosphere have all been upgraded and infused with a more modern look in terms of interiors and décor featuring Danish design.
Gastronomy
At Moltkes Palæ we offer premium gastronomy for your event created by a team of chefs doing their utmost on behalf of our guests.
Our food is based on modern gastronomy, but with emphasis on traditions of good craftsmanship and professional pride. Our kitchen is influenced by French Nouvelle and New Nordic Cuisines, and we often spice it up with elements of world cuisines: Japanese fermentation, South American fire and passion, plus a few other unique overseas ingredients to keep it as green as possible.
A mindset that will characterise the choice of produce delivered to Moltkes Palæ – preferably local, organic where it makes sense (DK produced), and always with the season as the primary focus. Our kitchen carries the Bronze Organic Cuisine Label.

GYLDNE SAL
The Gyldne Sal is situated on the first floor, with windows facing Dronningens Tværgade, in an organic flow with the rooms on the ground floor and the adjacent rooms on the first floor. The Gyldne Sal is Moltkes’ second-largest event space, and is suitable for gala dinners, wedding receptions, conferences, exhibitions, general assemblies and other events.

GRØNNE SALON & DRONNINGGAARD SALON
The Grønne Salon is the most regal venue to be found anywhere in the vicinity of Moltkes Palæ. The medium-sized event space is suitable for meetings, conferences, welcomes, lounges, breakout sessions and other smaller events.
You will have exclusive use of both the Grønne Salon and Dronninggaard Salon for the duration of your meeting or event. We recommend using one room for holding the meeting and the other for refreshments and breaks.

CABARET-STYLE SETUP FOR 6-PERSON TABLES

With a size of 50 m2, the Dronninggaard Salon is generally used for welcoming guests, coffee breaks, lounges or breakout sessions.
CHRISTIAN X’s SALONS
The two adjoining rooms of the Christian X’s Salons are Moltkes Palæ’s smallest and most intimate spaces. The largest of the rooms is suitable for events such as board meetings and private dining.

Moltkes Palæ guarantees you the best technology. Our equipment is regularly updated and supervised by highly experienced technicians. For the same reason, we invited Profox, one of the leading technology firms in the industry, to join us. Profox now have their storeroom and office at Moltkes Palæ.
